We're looking for a tech-savvy hero, ready to jump into the action as our Software Technical Support Engineer (all genders) based out of Bruchsal, Germany office. What you will do?

As a Software Technical Support Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our Technical Services team, collaborating closely with our Global Services and R&D teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:


• Providing exceptional software application support to our partners and customers via phone, helpdesk, and remote tools.
• Managing cases efficiently using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Documenting issues and solutions accurately and promptly.
• Collaborating with colleagues and escalating issues when necessary.
• Sharing your expertise and insights with the team to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job requirements

• Successfully completed technical education (for example - electrical engineering / IT).

• At least 2 years of experience in IT or software support roles.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network technology, and client/server operating systems and hardware.

• A knack for independent problem-solving and analytical thinking.

• Willingness to work flexible hours based on our paid on-call support model.

• Familiarity with IP- Video Technology and VMS software is a plus.

• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.

• Ability to travel occasionally, mainly within Germany.
