Job description

The Hexagon Geospatial division develops web and desktop-based solutions in the field of geoinformation (GIS) and location intelligence for customers in the transportation, traffic and government sectors. As part of your internship, you will support the support and service team in assisting our customers as well as developing new applications and solutions.


  • We will introduce you to various solutions in our Power Portfolios such as M.App Enterprise, ERDAS IMAGINE, GeoMedia Desktop, GeoMedia WebMap, GeoMedia Smart Client
  • We will also introduce you to our WebGIS software basic module and cadastral solution GEOS Pro
  • You will collaborate in our customer support team as well as in various customer projects based on our Hexagon Geospatial product portfolio
  • You will support our quality assurance team

Job requirements

  • You are interested in working with modern GIS and web technologies
  • You enjoy working with GI systems and databases
  • You enjoy also interacting with customers (mainly German-speaking)
  • You are an independent, team-oriented, enthusiastic and solution-oriented personality with a strong customer focus and high quality awareness
  • You have good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
