We are seeking for a Field Marketing Manager (m/w/d) who will own and drive the continuous generation of a lead pipeline in the EMEA region through physical and digital events and support our partners in their marketing and sales activities. You will be part of the international marketing team and work closely with colleagues in sales, presales and product management.


This role can be located at our Bruchsal office or in home office. It is part time (75%) and limited to a 2 years timeframe to cover a parental leave replacement. It is possible the role can move to permanent employment. The position is to be filled as of January 01, 2025.

Responsibilities


  • Select, plan, and implement lead generation activities in accordance with our go-to-market strategy and in close cooperation with the sales team.
  • Research relevant digital and in-person events based on our vertical focus and develop an annual event calendar for the EMEA region in accordance with the regional budget; calculate and track project costs.
  • Manage all external and Company-hosted in-person and virtual events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, webinars, partner/customer events), including project planning; coordination of stakeholders; research, selection and management of external service providers and logistics (venues, hotels, booth builders, etc.); booth layout; promotional activities including emails and social media; and on-site support.
  • Track and report event and field activity outcomes with relevant KPIs for continuous improvement.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in event and project management, ideally in the technology industry.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Experience planning in-person and virtual events for 10-400+ attendees.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and webinar applications.
  • Ability to travel to tradeshows throughout EMEA.
  • College/university degree with a focus in marketing or event management or similar background.
  • Fluently read, write and speak in both German and English.
