Senior Accountant (all gender)

• Responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IAS / IFRS / US-GAAP including the notes and the management report as well as the associated reporting in a software company with long-term project contracts

• Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with HGB

• Reconciliation from international accounting standards (IFRS / US-GAAP) to HGB

• Calculation and posting of complex accruals and provisions

• Preparation of tax reporting including calculation of deferred taxes

• Identification and implementation of process optimization to increase efficiency

• Active involvement in exciting DACH projects, e.g. group structure changes and company acquisitions

• Contact person for tax consultants and auditors, including preparation and support of relevant audits

• Qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter or several years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a project company

• Very good knowledge of IFRS and HGB, as well as experience in legal and tax matters in an international environment

• Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPivot an advantage

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

• High personal integrity, social skills and a strong hands-on mentality

• Ability to work in an intenational team and entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour
